Senior Digital Media Consultant (f/m/x)

As a Senior Digital Media Consultant, you will be a key player in shaping innovative strategies, guiding clients through complex challenges, and delivering value-driven solutions. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, is proactive in their thinking, and brings clarity and impact into every client interaction.

What you will do:

• Be the strategic partner for our clients in media and digital transformation projects
• Lead projects independently and proactively — from discovery to delivery
• Identify opportunities, define strategies, and translate them into actionable roadmaps
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and clients to co-create meaningful solutions
• Help shape our consulting offering and continuously improve how we work

What we expect:

• 5+ years of experience in digital or media consulting, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, media landscapes, and customer-centric strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you initiate action
• Ability to work independently
• First experience using large language models (LLMs) in a business context
• Passion for digital communication and marketing technology (MarTech)
• Confidence and clarity in client presentations
• Fluent in German and English
