What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer calls & sales inquiries
• Schedule & dispatch technicians, optimizing routes
• Process scheduling changes via email and texting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Customer service experience (required)
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines ()
• Multi-tasking & computer skills
• Routing, scheduling, or dispatching experience ()
• Familiarity with DMV geography (a plus!)
