The role:

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market diversification and profitability for our company. Your role will involve developing and executing commercial strategies to promote our products or services, expand our customer and industry base, and maximise sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
  • Expanding Navigator’s presence across the health and personal injury sectors.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Analysing market trends to inform pricing, positioning, and growth decisions.
  • Leading and mentoring sales and marketing teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Collaborating with executives to align commercial strategy with business goals.
  • Driving culture and employee engagement initiatives across teams.
  • Supporting strategic planning and execution alongside the CEO and Executive team.

About you:

  • Experience managing national sales teams within the broader health insurance and/or personal injury sectors
  • Established network at C Suite level including Insurers, Brokers, Government and Corporate customers
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with complex contracts and commercial negotiations with customers / prospects
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving annual revenue and EBITDA targets on behalf of a large organisation
  • Demonstrated experience working at an Executive level
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing customer and sales strategy on behalf of a large organisation
  • Established personal brand equity across the Australian Health and/or personal injury industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate meaningful market / customer trends, analysis and insights
  • Ability to travel regularly across Australia
