As a key leader in Kyndryl Consult, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, focusing on strategic change initiatives within large client accounts, particularly at the C-suite level, across Business and IT transformations.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth through signings, revenue targets, and pipeline development.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with CXO-level clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee engagement design and delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Shape and drive strategic initiatives, aligning with Kyndryl’s vision and establishing industry thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue growth and margin management.
• Deep industry knowledge, especially in Manufacturing and Apps.
• Fluent in German.
