Your responsibilities at waterdrop:

• As a Supply Chain Operations Manager (m/f/d) you willoversee the order management for DTC — from order capture to final fulfilment — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.
• You manage and coordinate the warehouse processes of our 3PL to guarantee a smooth execution of daily warehouse operations including ad hoc problem solving.
• You build and maintain short- and mid-term order forecasts to align storage capacity, staffing, and inventory with demand fluctuations.
• You define, track and analyse key warehouse KPIs (e.g., OTIF, cycle time, picking accuracy) and convert insights into targeted efficiency and performance improvement initiatives.
• You coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring orders are handed off for last-mile dispatch on time.
• You lead cross-functional meetings, fulfilment performance reviews, and regular stakeholder updates.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for key cross-functional teams, including Supply Planning, Order Management, ERP/IT Teams, Legal & Compliance, E-commerce & Commercial Teams, Warehouse Operations.
• You ensure timely and accurate execution of EU packaging and excise duty declarations by maintaining up-to-date product data, coordinating with legal and tax teams, and embedding compliance checks into warehouse processes.

Your strengths and qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or in a related field
• You have at least 5 years professional experience in supply chain, preferably in order fulfillment/warehouse management.
• You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• You have a hands-on mentality with a core focus on problem solving
• You have the ability to multitask and set the right priorities in a fast moving environment
• You have strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
• You are reliable and organized way of working with a willingness to go the extra mile
• You are Business fluent in English and preferably also in German

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 50.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
