Role Overview
The Implementation Specialist installs a range of products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical support. The role requires collaboration with team members and end users, understanding of systems applications, and excellent organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate knowledge of products, technologies, and application processes.
• Execute project deliverables independently, including customer meetings on-site and remotely.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Office during all project phases.
• Conduct product and technology training.
• Integrate products/services with customer systems and processes.
• Support existing customers technically, both on-site and remotely.
• Perform hardware and software repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively, ensuring understanding and quality standards.
• Recognize and manage change processes and their impact.

Qualifications

• Technical/IT background with experience in virtual platforms and networking.
• Experience with SDLC and technical project documentation.
• Deep knowledge of proprietary and standard applications, with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with excellent communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the region and support Central Europe.
• Driving license and fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
