- Be the ultimate Miiro host, radiating our brand values in everything you do
- Inspire your team and peers to raise the bar in creating truly standout guest experiences
- Lead service recovery efforts with empathy, warmth, and authenticity
- Have the charisma to turn any vibe from disconnected to delightful in seconds
Guest Insight & Research
- Know our guests before they even arrive - research and prep VIP profiles daily
- Use every detail (and your intuition) to craft personalized moments
- Identify OTA guests and tailor their experiences with insider knowledge
- Keep guest profiles up-to-date with thoughtful notes and preferences
Delivering Wow Moments
- Welcome each guest with genuine warmth and confidence
- Handle inquiries, requests, and (occasional) hiccups with poise and care
- Anticipate needs before they’re spoken - then exceed them
- Go beyond the expected to spark joy and lasting memories
What We're Looking For:
- You’re magnetic, emotionally intelligent, and full of positive energy
- A strong communicator - in both English and German (other languages a plus)
- You have prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands
- Passionate about service, curious about people, and obsessed with the details
- Comfortable using guest tech and reservation platforms
