This Position reports to:
Marketing & Sales Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

We collaborate with and for our clients to advance this objective, and to assist with this, we seek a Sales Director who will carry out this initiative consistently across all our sales channels in electrification.

Your responsibilities include guiding a capable and experienced team, developing key alliances, and executing inventive go-to-market strategies to reinforce our reputation as the industry standard.

  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales and marketing strategy to boost revenue growth, increase market share, and establish industry leadership.
  • Optimization and Automation: Optimize team structure and processes through digital tools, AI-driven insights, and automation to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring and Customer Interaction: Establish and monitor essential performance indicators, adjust pricing methods, and ensure consistent customer interaction to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership and Culture: Support, guide, and activate a capable sales team to accomplish impressive objectives while advancing a culture of continuous growth. Facilitate a culture of innovation, cooperation, and regulatory compliance by staying informed on industry shifts, ensuring governance, and enabling collaboration across domestic and international teams.


What it takes to Run what runs the world
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or engineering.
  • Substantial experience in a sales leadership role within the electrical engineering or industrial sector, combined with a comprehensive understanding of products, solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and communication capabilities for meaningful engagement with teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Capacity to collaborate with diverse teams both locally and globally, promoting a curious and cooperative mindset.
  • Proficient analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and digital tools to optimize sales performance and processes.
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements, risk management, and adherence to organizational policies and standards.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel both locally and internationally as needed.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 4.400 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
