SpiritsUp is an international distributor of premium alcoholic beverages, expanding its global footprint through strategic partnerships and efficient supply chain management. We are looking for an International Supply & Demand Manager to drive our global procurement operations and ensure seamless purchasing processes.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Implement international purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes and supplier relationships.
  • Analyze demand trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement supply chain forecasts based on sales data, seasonal trends, and market fluctuations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with global suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to align purchasing with inventory management.
  • Identify risks in the international supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and international trade laws.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
  • First experience in purchasing, demand planning, or supply chain management.
  • First experience in supplier negotiations and cost optimization.

Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
