Sales Engineer (m/f/d)

• Collaborate with AHT/DAIKIN affiliates and customers to understand their requirements and provide design and quoting solutions for small to medium-sized shop formats
• Utilize standard equipment and technologies (SPI and CO2) to create efficient and cost-effective solutions that meet customer specifications
• Perform accurate calculations, simulations, and feasibility studies to ensure the viability of proposed designs
• Manage and maintain master data, including the creation of article codes for all entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the process
• Utilize tools such as RefrigXpress, TEWIS Webstore, ODM Cabinets configurator to streamline the design and quoting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain documentation and records of design specifications, calculations, quotes, and other relevant information for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and affiliates, through effective communication, collaboration, and professional representation of the Sales Engineering department
• Work closely with the Store Design department to provide expertise and support in the escalation of complex designs, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with technical requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution
• Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and propose appropriate solutions or adjustments to ensure timely and successful project completion

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in the field of refrigeration or air-conditioning systems and you have successfully completed a relevant technical or commercial education
• You are familiar with heat recovery concepts and you have comprehensive technical knowledge across various disciplines (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• You have a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the field of refrigeration
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical documentation and offers is important for you
• You are fluent in English

For this position we pay an annual minimum gross salary of at least 62.000€. Your actual remuneration will be agreed on throughout the recruitment process.
