Role

Responsible for managing a small team and achieving individual revenue targets.
Establish and implement a sales strategy/market plan within a specific category and region.
Engage in complex solution selling.
Increase market share year over year.
Nurture existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Coach, develop, and mentor direct reports.
Attend industry events.
Provide feedback on competitor activities.
Maintain and update CRM system.
Achieve various KPIs.

About you

Experience in the food manufacturing industry, ideally with a strong understanding of poultry customers.
Strong solution-selling experience.
Enjoy managing a small team.
Ability to innovate, transform, and inspire.
