Your territory

Reporting to the CTO, you will:

• Shape product security in a fast-growing scale-up, leading the development and implementation of Tractive’s security strategy
• Manage regular penetration tests for Tractive’s systems (apps, APIs, hardware/firmware) and collaborate with IT to secure our office infrastructure and devices
• Drive secure software development practices (SBOM, vulnerability scanning, security reviews) and protect our infrastructure from evolving threats
• Raise company-wide security awareness through phishing simulations and training programs
• Develop and maintain security policies, manage ethical hacker inquiries, and lead incident response efforts
• Collaborate on security risk management, business continuity, and monitor cybersecurity measures to stay ahead of risks

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT security experience
• Proficient in IT security technologies, standards, and methods
• Knowledge of key security domains: Risk Management, Endpoint Security, Security Architecture, IAM, and more
• Certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, CISA, CISSP) are a plus
• Very good English skills
• Valid Austrian work permit
