About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team, based out of our Croydon South office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimise and deepen the consumer journey through maintaining and developing the Meyer Cookware brands. Leverage your brand strategy expertise to support and align brand activities with the company’s direction. Work alongside Meyer’s skilled team and collaborate across the business to bring Meyer’s brand identities to life.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  1. Responsible for overall brand strategy and direction in line with corporate and global brand strategy
  2. Responsible for developing an annual Brand Plan, upholding brand integrity, consumer brand promise, brand voice to consumer, consumer engagement plan, and Brand style guides.
  3. Develop, manage, and monitor the brand campaign calendar, brand email marketing broadcasts, digital media, and social media presence, with advanced planning of creative development (including monthly reports)
  4. In conjunction with the Sales team, manage the brand component of the promotional calendar for B2B to optimise sales and conversion within brand strategy, adhering to brand rules on position and price
  5. Measure and report on campaign analytics and optimisation to drive brand awareness and engagement
  6. Stakeholder in all new D2Ce initiatives, implementation, and integration
  7. Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches in collaboration with the Product Team
  8. Manage annual marketing expense budget across all brands

  4. Financial Acumen – You are able to effectively manage relevant financial processes and reporting and assist with budget reviews.
