IT Services Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

A well-established accommodation business is seeking an Associate Services Manager to oversee IT and security services at their Darwin site. This hands-on role manages network infrastructure, service storage, CCTV, and door access control systems to ensure seamless operations. You’ll work closely with the Melbourne-based IT team and the Head of Site in Darwin, providing technical leadership and support.

Leading a team of direct reports, this role is perfect for someone looking to step into a future manager position while gaining leadership experience in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage network infrastructure and IT services across the site.
• Oversee CCTV, door access control systems, and service storage.
• Collaborate with the Melbourne IT team and Head of Site.
• Ensure smooth operation of applications and system security.
• Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong background in networking, service storage, and security systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and enterprise IT environments is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team across multiple locations.
• Previous Technology degrees or relevant qualifications.
