• Receipt of support requests and their solution-oriented processing and documentation
• You support our customers worldwide from the headquarter in Graz
• You analyze and solve problems of existing logistics systems and ensure the availability of the conveyor systems
• You don’t mind traveling all over the world to build up know-how during the training phase
• You have no problem to work in shifts after the Knapp training
• You have the opportunity to supplement your salary by being on call at weekends

• You have a technical education with a focus on electrical engineering
• You have first knowledge in PLC programming, ideally with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
• You speak English and German fluently
• You are a team player. However, independence and accuracy are also among your strengths

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,650 gross per month. However, we offer a payment in line with the market depending on your qualifications and previous experience. Minimum salary 2,875.00 €
