Chisholm is seeking an experienced Enquiry and Enrolment Lead to join our Student Enquiry and Enrolment department on a fixed-term contract until 26 December 2025.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  1. This position is accountable for managing the day-to-day operational and administrative functions in the Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services team, including managing customer service, administrative tasks, and complex or technical enrolment advice.
  2. This role provides outstanding leadership through role modelling and consistent coaching to strengthen skills, productivity levels, and mentoring staff to ensure work is carried out and completed to a high standard within the team.
  3. The role focuses on providing and leading excellent customer service and a positive enrolment experience via multiple channels.
  4. The incumbent is a key leader and active participant of the Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services team and assists the Team Leader in managing work, rosters, and systems used by the team.

  • You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated ability to provide leadership and drive performance to achieve team objectives.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate conflicts.
  • You can foster a collaborative work environment to achieve team and department goals.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You demonstrate analytical capability, organization skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You have a flexible working style with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.

Qualifications required for the role:

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent business or customer service experience.
