HR/ER Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Ensure all HR processes for two Fresenius Medical Care companies in Austria (Krems & Vienna), taking into account Group-wide requirements.
• Creation of all related documents (e.g. service contracts & sheets).
• Responsible for implementation of HR relevant processes, documents or systems required by Corporate.
• Accompanying salary adjustment processes in coordination with executives, the Comp&Ben department, management and, if applicable, global business partners.
• Perform and ensure compliance & quality compliant onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Prepare and release monthly payroll for external payroll vendor.
• Ensure compliance with labor law in the processes.
• Cost center responsible for HR.
• Provide HR key figures to various stakeholders (General Management, Management Team or Corporate).
• Sparring partner for General Management on HR-related but also general issues.
• Creation of HR relevant guidelines.
• First contact for Works Council (including negotiations).

Your Profile

• University degree with specialization in human resources management.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Enforcement.
• People-oriented thinking and acting.
• Willingness to deal with constant change, flexibility.
• Knowledge in the field of labor law and basic knowledge of payroll accounting.
• HR related IT-Systems.

For this position, we offer a salary of at least € 4.800 gross/month. Overpayment depending on qualifications and work experience. Classification according to KV Gewerbe, Handwerk und Dienstleistung, Angestellte - category V.
