All About The Role

As the Country Business Analyst for Austria, you will create insights for the Country Manager and senior leadership, shaping operations, strategy, and scaling efforts. You will enable operational support and help power programs that deliver value for JET, its partners, and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting solutions.
• Presenting findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management, effectively communicating complex data insights.
• Supervising and analyzing country KPIs, interpreting data to support decision-making for Austria's senior leaders.
• Proposing data-driven business actions and conclusions to stakeholders for innovative improvements.
• Designing and developing data models and visualizations to support BI and reporting needs using SQL, Airflow, GCP, and BigQuery.
• Collaborating with global teams to share best practices, drive data governance, and promote a data-driven culture.
• Staying updated with industry trends and implementing innovative data analytics solutions.
• Fostering relationships with Country Management, Sales Operations, Product Tech, Marketing, Legal, Data Analytics, and Finance teams.

What you will bring:

• Experience in business analysis or BI in consulting, finance, or relevant industries.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction from data warehouses.
• Ability to visualize data findings in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, PPT, Excel.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Curiosity and investigative mindset.
• Independent, proactive, big-picture thinker.
• Fluent in English and German.
