Your contribution to guest happiness- Management and leadership of the bar team
- Production of drinks and cocktails at the bar
- Assisting with the creation of our bar menu
- Motivating and supporting the team
- Helping with stocktaking and checking the delivery of goods for the bar
- Instruction and training of employees and familiarisation of new employees
- Completed hotel management training and/or
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Interest in this work with a willingness for further training and education
- Flexibility, reliability and resilience are among your strengths
- You like to look after the well-being of others and enjoy working with people
- Good language skills in German and English
