About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Flying Woks in Ravenhall, Victoria. This is a part-time position that will involve managing the day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our business.

We are anticipating this part-time role will be offered as Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all office management and administrative duties, including customer support, staff support, kitchen support & management support

Liaise with customers over the phone, answering their questions about their booking, such as menu questions & services we provide

Providing administrative support to the bookkeeper to ensure staff have completed their timesheets & manage the travel reimbursements (Excel)

Use, update & support our operating system using;

Systemhub - our database where all procedures are documented

Connecteam - our mobile app that keeps our staff updated on job availability & what's going on

Formitize - our CRM that converts leads into customers

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both staff & customers

A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
