We are seeking a dynamic VIP Growth & Account Manager to enhance customer retention and lifetime value in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and building strong relationships, we would love to hear from you!

Your challenges

  • Collaborate with the Management team to create and refine a comprehensive VIP strategy that aligns with our company goals and enhances the customer experience for our valued VIP clients
  • Provide dedicated, personalized support to VIP customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and attention. Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent communication and engagement
  • Conduct thorough analyses of gaming behavior, sales trends, and customer preferences to better understand VIP clients' needs and tailor services and offerings accordingly
  • Plan and implement unique, exclusive promotions designed specifically for our VIP customers, ensuring they receive unparalleled value and engagement with our brand
  • Act as a key coordinator to improve the overall VIP offering by collaborating with various teams such as marketing, sales, and product to ensure a cohesive and enriched experience for our VIP clientele

Your profile

  • Fields of study in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or Hospitality Management
  • 3-5 years of experience as a VIP Account Manager, preferably in the online gaming industry
  • Additional training in Customer Psychology and Data Analysis (KPI/ROI tracking, CRM systems) is a plus
  • Experience in project management, including the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a bonus
  • Familiarity with dealing in regulated markets
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and outstanding communication proficiency are paramount
