Associate Director - Civil

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing civil team
• Drive business development, client service, and bid preparation
• Participate in technical project delivery; hands-on involvement expected
• Collaborate with teams across NSW, VIC, and nationally
• Support strategic growth, including in related areas

You will Bring:

• 10–15+ years’ experience in civil engineering, preferably urban infrastructure
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong technical delivery and client-facing abilities
• A desire to build a business and team, not just manage one
• RPEQ registration or eligibility (other states’ registrations valued)
