This Position reports to:
Head of Quality & OpEx Management

Your Role: Own the Challenge

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and well-organized individual with a passion for integrated management systems.
In this key role, you will actively shape and optimize our central management systems and play a vital part in the continuous improvement of our quality, environmental, energy, and occupational health and safety standards.

• Legal and permit management: Maintenance and ongoing administration of the database for legal requirements and official permits
• Integrated management system: Development and support of our management systems (quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety), including providing advice and training for specialist departments
• Audits & customer inquiries: Conducting internal audits, supporting external audits, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining the knowledge database
• Projects & communication: Contributing to projects, documentation, research, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Relevant education and several years of experience in quality and environmental management or other management systems
• Training and practical experience as an internal auditor
• Independent and goal-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for standards and legal regulations
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Motivation to drive quality-related topics, with strong assertiveness and persuasive abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 3,775.27 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
