A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Site Project Manager (m/f/d), your typical day begins at a construction site. You will be responsible for planning and organizing daily site activities with your team, serving as the main point of contact for customers, authorities, contractors, and partners on-site. Additionally, you will coordinate closely with the project management and project team in the back office.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Overall responsibility for all onsite works within the responsibility of the Erection & Commissioning team
  • Legal responsibility for the project site and all site staff, including on-site order implementation, financial results, schedule, and quality related to Siemens Energy scope of work using standardized tools
  • Ensure compliance with occupational, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements and promote a Zero Harm Culture within your scope
  • Represent the interests of Project Management on site to the customer, authorities, contractors, partners, and consultants

What You Bring

  • Educational background in electrical or civil engineering with at least 5 years of onsite experience in a leading position (Electrical/Civil site lead) on major construction sites
  • Extensive experience in constructing complex industrial projects, preferably HVDC power transmission projects, EPC and/or Consortium projects
  • Deep knowledge of EHS policies, practices, regulations, and plans for complex construction projects
  • Proven experience leading multinational teams in dynamic environments with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to work on construction sites in and outside Austria
  • Advanced German and good English skills
