WFM Electrical Services is a South Brisbane based company (conveniently located in Mansfield) that has provided quality Construction, Service and Maintenance to the Commercial, Education & Hospitality sectors of South East Queensland for the past 38 years.

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong focus on Bookkeeping to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain weekly cashflow forecasting and monthly budgeting
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable
  3. Bank reconciliations
  4. BAS, IAS, TPAR, Payroll Tax and other agency reporting
  5. Apprentice rebates and other government claims
  6. Review and finalise weekly payroll
  7. Managing website and social media content
  8. Job costing rate reviews
  9. Provide support to administration assistant
  10. Provide support to Managing Director and Project Managers
  11. Insurance compliance
  12. Ensuring company policies, procedures and documentation are being reviewed and followed
  13. Running an office
  14. Other ad hoc tasks

The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

  1. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  2. Proficient in using accounting software - XERO preferred
  3. Experience in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Payroll experience, particularly working with detailed awards
  5. Highly organised with an eye for detail
  6. Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility
  7. Ability to work as part of a team

Highly Desirable:

  1. Experience with Simpro
  2. Experience with Employment Hero
  3. Previous experience in the construction industry
