Your Role
We are looking for a highly driven and engaged Medical Scientific Expert (MSL & Medical Advisor) to join our Oncology team in a hybrid role. Become part of our innovative Medical Affairs team and contribute to the future development of our Austrian organization. This is an exciting time to focus on Oncology within our organization. You will provide medical expertise to support the successful launch of new products and the ongoing management of existing ones, bridging the gap between innovation and patient care. Building relationships with key opinion leaders through scientific interactions, gaining insights into market trends and innovations, and serving as a scientific partner internally and externally are key aspects of your role. You will also train stakeholders, organize scientific meetings including advisory boards, facilitate medical education, communicate with KOLs in clinical trials and pre-launch activities, and collaborate on Investigator Sponsored Trials.

Who You Are

• You have a medical/scientific background (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MSc, or MD)
• You ideally have 3+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs
• You possess Oncology experience and knowledge of this disease area in Austria
• You are flexible regarding travel to engage with external stakeholders
• You have a proactive, hands-on approach
• You are fluent in German and English
• You can quickly identify scientific concepts and assess their clinical implications
• You have excellent communication skills
• You enjoy working in cross-functional teams

We offer an attractive salary package with social benefits, starting at €60,000 depending on experience and performance.
