As an SAP Test Manager, you are responsible for the SAP S/4HANA migration for our clients, ensuring that all SAP modules meet the highest quality requirements. Your commitment and expertise contribute to maintaining and continuously improving quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the migration to SAP S/4HANA and ensuring that all modules meet established quality standards
• Developing necessary test plans and concepts, as well as overseeing the planning, control, and monitoring of all testing activities
• Ensuring appropriate testing by applying various test types and levels
• Creating test specifications and test data
• Optimizing the testing approach and promoting test automation within the team
• Continuously improving software quality by contributing ideas and concepts – in both agile and traditional projects
• Coordinating the test team and ensuring communication with the relevant departments, business analysts, and developers
• Contributing to the development of our QESTIT service portfolio in the SAP sector

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical education in IT (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in SAP project test management
• Extensive experience in SAP modules such as FI (Finance), SD (Sales and Distribution), and MM (Materials Management)
• Proficiency in test tools such as SAP Solution Manager, XRay, and HP-ALM
• Strong leadership skills for communicating with and coordinating multiple teams, as well as assertiveness
• Program or project management experience
• Experience in both traditional and agile project work, combined with a passion for teamwork and mutual support
• Interest in innovative, future-oriented projects and technologies
• High standards for software quality and development, strong customer orientation, a hands-on mentality, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and clear communication, with excellent German and good English skills
• ISTQB certification (ideally Advanced Level) is advantageous
