We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Manager Insurance to join our new business unit and team at ML Builders' in our new Adelaide, SA 5000 office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our insurance-related services, ensuring efficient and effective support to our construction management team.

Key responsibilities

Manage the processing and tracking of insurance claims, liaising with insurers and clients to ensure timely resolution

Coordinate the preparation and submission of insurance documentation,

Provide administrative support to the construction management team, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and responding to inquiries

Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and processes to enhance productivity and data integrity

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative procedures and workflows

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or insurance-related role, preferably within the construction industry

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and documentation

Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite and specialty insurance management systems

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders

Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
