Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Develop a secure, GCC-hosted FOIA case management system using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate request intake (from prc.gov/FOIA.gov), correspondence, redaction workflows, and AI-driven records management via Microsoft Purview. The solution will integrate with SharePoint Online/Dataverse (backend), Exchange Online (email), and optionally Microsoft Teams (collaboration).

Key Responsibilities

• Build a Model-Driven Power App or Canvas App with: Public intake forms (API integration with prc.gov/FOIA.gov); case assignment dashboards with role-based views (RBAC); redaction tools (version control, exemption tagging).
• Design Power Automate flows to: sync requests to SharePoint Online/Dataverse; automate Outlook/Exchange Online templated correspondence; send Teams notifications for task assignments/escalations.
• Configure Microsoft Purview to: apply AI classifiers for records management (FOIA exemptions); enforce NARA-compliant retention/deletion policies.
• Ensure FISMA/NIST 800-53 compliance via: data encryption (at rest/in transit) in M365 GCC; audit logs for all FOIA actions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years developing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps + Power Automate) in M365 GCC.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online as a backend (or Dataverse for complex schemas).
• Proven experience with Exchange Online/Outlook integration (email templating, tracking).
• Experience with Microsoft Purview (classification, retention policies).
• Knowledge of federal security standards (FISMA Moderate, NIST SP 800-53).

Additional Skills

• Power BI for reporting (optional but valued).
• Teams app development (adaptive cards, bot notifications).
• Microsoft Certifications (PL-400, SC-400, or GCC-specific).
• Workflow experience with FOIA, HIPAA, GDPR.
