• Identification of trends, developments and innovations in the fields of automation and robotics or in the industrial production environment
• Analysis and evaluation of technological innovations and developments and derivation of their potential for the corporate strategy
• Responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of development and industrialization projects including the preparation of concept calculations and management of the budget for the respective projects
• Active participation in the innovation and idea management of BRP-Rotax and responsibility for the development and implementation of the technology roadmap in line with the local and global corporate strategy
• Establishment and maintenance of international cooperation and partnerships, cooperation with research institutes and participation in relevant conferences.

Your experiences and skills

• Degree (FH, university) in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, automation technology or similar
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an industrial company as a technical project manager, senior industrial engineer or in technical innovation management
• Broad interdisciplinary expertise, a strong understanding of technical and economic contexts as well as experience with agile and traditional project management
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working with creative problem-solving skills and a passion for new technologies
• Team player with initiative, intercultural competence and negotiation skills
• Very good German and English skills are a must
• Willingness to travel (supplier visits, trade fairs, congresses, ...)

We offer

You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
