With us you will be responsible for

• supporting our local and international project teams with complex contact center solutions
• acting as a consultant who is able to implement cloud solutions
• building the understanding of customer business, anticipating customer needs, and discovering alternative solutions that are relevant for our customer’s success

We expect you to have

• sustaining interest in contact center solutions like Genesys Cloud or Parloa
• technical understanding (databases, web services, basic architecture view, cloud systems)
• capability for scripting (lightweight development; hardcore development skills are nice to have but not mandatory)
• the ability to consult professionally
• experience in the contact center area is advantageous
• the ability to handle discussions in German and English

• a salary of a minimum of EUR3.724,00 for candidates with working experience. The actual salary depends on your experience and qualification.
