SAN Agrow is the plant protection business unit of SAN Group. SAN Agrow contributes to sustainable agriculture by providing biotechnological crop protection, nutrients, and biostimulants. With successful products based on microorganisms or plant extracts, we contribute to more sustainable agriculture. Through in-house R+D, we gain new insights in the areas of microbial biocontrol agents, microbial fermentations, plant extracts, bio stimulants, as well as plant nutrition. In this way we create new products for expanding our portfolio for conventional and organic farming.

These are the tasks we trust in you:

• Assisting technicians with basic laboratory, glasshouse, or field tasks such as sample preparation, data entry, equipment maintenance, organization of supplies, plant cultivation and maintenance
• Cleaning and maintaining laboratory, glasshouse, or field equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols under the guidance of experienced technicians
• Collaborating with team members to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner

To grow in this position, it requires the following:

• Previous experience in a laboratory, glasshouse, or field setting is desirable but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German or English
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in a scientific research environment while supporting the work of our laboratory, glasshouse, or field technicians.
• You are located in Herzogenburg (Austria)
• We appreciate your expertise for a maximum of 30 hours/week, part time, on a fixed-term contract limited to a maximum of 5 months.
• This position is available immediately however, we are happy to consider your notice period or your desired start date.
• Based on your professional experience and your qualification, we offer you an total compensation package starting at € 28,532.00 gross annual base salary (based on full-time employment), plus attractive benefits.
