AccountabilitiesLeading commercial activities
Develop local Brand strategy
Lead and coach KAM team
Advanced Business Education in economic or natural sciences (master or PhD or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 15 years’ proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years of previous line management experience
Demonstrated experience in Oncology
Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken)
Ability to plan strategically
Commercial awareness
Analytical business and audit reporting skills
Excellent project management skills
Excellent understanding of the Austrian market
Proficient MS Office
Ability to work with new technologies
Displays high levels of communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure
Agility in managing dynamic work environment
We Offer:
Starting salary €105k per annum, in alignment to Collective Agreement for Trade (KV Handel 2025) (full-time basis)
