Main Tasks

1. Participate in financial planning processes within our Business Area Film (annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, etc.)
2. Contribute to product decisions to maximize business health
3. Create ad hoc reports and KPI analyses
4. Present current financial situation and KPIs at monthly controlling meetings
5. Support green-light processes for product investments
6. Manage P&L and Balance Sheet, coordinate with departments on financial closing
7. Translate local GAAP financials to IFRS and assist with group consolidation
8. Coordinate with external auditors during year-end reporting
9. Assist in integrating newly acquired film companies

Skills and Qualifications

1. Degree in Business Studies with a focus on controlling or accounting (advantageous)
2. Strong numerical, analytical, and accounting skills
3. Proficiency in Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous
4. Good command of German and English
