Join our Sales Analytics team and take the lead in managing performance reporting and analysis across Off-Premise and On-Premise sales. Collaborate closely with our HQ Data Science and Data Management teams to implement key KPIs, support market opportunity identification, and ensure a deep understanding of field sales performance. Beyond short-term tracking, you'll play a crucial role in shaping long-term business strategies, influencing BP and business case submissions, and working alongside multiple departments and leadership teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and continuously improving regular reports to ensure they communicate the right performance metrics while remaining user-friendly and tailored to the audience. You will collaborate closely with the Data Management and Data Science teams to ensure the implementation of effective data visualization tools, making performance insights easily accessible to all stakeholders. Additionally, you will work with Sales Data Management, Data Science, and regional as well as key market teams to uphold data quality standards—an essential foundation for accurate and efficient data analysis.
You will lead analytics projects in collaboration with country teams and HQ Field Sales teams for both Off-Premise and On-Premise channels. This includes close coordination with the Data Science department to ensure the successful execution of analytical initiatives and ongoing follow-ups with HQ Field Sales teams to drive implementation. A key responsibility in this role is the development and execution of the Perfect Store 2.0 project, establishing a universal framework for field sales insights.
A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that insights, strategies, and best practices are communicated effectively to sales teams and leadership. You will define the right channels, frequency, and methods for delivering performance updates, strategic insights, and key trends that impact field sales. This includes preparing and presenting reports to management and supporting the field sales teams in understanding emerging opportunities. As the expert in internal data, you will also integrate external data sources to provide a comprehensive market context. Additionally, you will play a vital role in setting the global standard for Route-to-Market insights and guiding regional and market insight teams in adopting best practices.
