Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Classify components, vehicles, and documents according to Austrian law (Dual-Use Regulation, Military Goods List, and War Material Ordinance).
  • Analyze and evaluate technical documents.
  • Support export control regarding technical questions.
  • Serve as contact for military classification questions within RMMV.
  • Maintain and approve data records in the PDM system.
  • Conduct training for relevant departments.
  • Continuously optimize and develop processes.

Qualifications:

  • Completed higher technical education (university or FH degree, HTL, or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, industrial engineering, or similar.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle technology, especially in commercial vehicle engineering.
  • Proficient in IT (MS Office; TeamCenter and AS400 desirable).
  • Fluent in German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Structured working style and ability to learn independently.

  • The minimum salary for this position, based on meeting the requirements, is €3,591.87 gross per month for full-time employment (collective agreement for the vehicle industry). Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible.
