As a Brand & Content Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will be a key driver in creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns that elevate Nuki’s brand on a global scale. In an innovation-driven environment, you’ll take ownership of content creation, strategic campaign planning, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Your Role

• You work on end-to-end campaign creation and execution across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, online ads, PR, etc.).
• You create, edit, and optimize content for websites, social media, newsletters, online ads, and other digital channels, and you ensure consistency of brand appearance and messaging across all touchpoints.
• You manage internal partners and external agencies to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant marketing content and campaign assets.
• You understand our target audiences and use this knowledge to create precise, compelling content and campaigns that resonate across all channels and touchpoints.
• You coordinate and manage photo and video shoots, ensuring content aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• You develop and implement strategic campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and activation plans.
• You monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure campaign success and optimize future initiatives.
• You manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
• You stay updated on industry trends, new marketing channels, and innovative content formats to bring fresh ideas.

Job Requirements

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in campaign creation, execution, and content management.
• You have experience in managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• You have excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• You bring experience with digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, KPI analysis, and SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of multimedia content production and experience with design tools is a plus.
• You have strong storytelling and copywriting skills in English and German, proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch is highly preferred.
• You have a creative mindset, an eye for detail, and a passion for branding and visual storytelling.
• You thrive when working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,843,- gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
