Digital Banking Technology Lead (f/m/x) Retail

We are looking for a talented and experienced Technology Leader to join our Retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the technology strategy and portfolio of business services/capabilities for the RBI Group. You will contribute to designing the business target architecture and transformation models on our journey to become a digital bank with a human touch.

Your role at RBI

• Co-create and align business and IT strategy, enabling transformation of the retail client segment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify customer needs and translate them into requirements for joint roadmaps.
• Work with IT teams to ensure digital products meet technical, security, and regulatory standards.
• Engage with external partners to enhance technology strategy through third-party integrations.
• Promote technical standards as part of business strategy.
• Define capabilities and technologies to support current and future digital business.
• Develop architectures and standards for digital service launches.
• Ensure end-to-end visibility of digital technology and business processes.
• Develop technology roadmaps and governance to support process improvements.

Your core competencies

• Extensive experience in digital technology roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking and business transformation.
• Experience with modern architecture frameworks and designs.
• Strategic technical leadership skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative thinking and transformation driving ability.

Nice to have

• Experience with TOGAF, SAFe frameworks.
• Knowledge of solution, enterprise, or business architecture principles.
• Experience with cloud data platforms.
