ADF International is looking for a highly organized Development Coordinator to join us in our Vienna office. As the Development Coordinator, you are a vital part of the Development Team of ADF International. In this role, you will report to the Director of Development and are responsible for coordinating the major fundraising efforts of ADF International. You will be the point person for meetings with both major and potential donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Development in compiling and executing the fundraising strategy.
  • Create sales materials including reports, briefing, and (PowerPoint) presentations related to ADF International generational wins and program areas for prospective donors.
  • Work with different teams within the ministry to acquire the information needed for the creation of appropriate sales materials and presentations.
  • Ensure donor and prospect donor details are complete, correct, and up to date in the CRM system.
  • Work with leadership and other Development staff to enhance the donor cultivation and solicitation process.
  • Work closely with the Director of Development on individual donor strategies and monitor strategy execution.
  • Assist in establishing budget income projections and meeting goals as expected.
  • In close collaboration with the Director of Development, schedule and prepare meetings for the senior leadership team with prospective donors throughout Europe.

Skills You Need to Succeed:

Demonstrated proficiency in:

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to:

  • Professionally handle confidential information.
  • Multitask efficiently and prioritize appropriately.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of administrative or sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.

Work permit for Austria or EU citizenship required.
