Job Description:

The Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team is responsible for developing innovative system solutions that generate valuable business insights about our customers and profitability in the RedBull organizations worldwide.

In this role, based on business and user needs, you’ll identify, design, and implement system enhancements, new processes, and technologies. Your mission is to find process efficiencies, secure data quality, and improve user experience. You will also be responsible for implementing CPM tools in subsidiaries globally and ensuring proper processes for customer profitability analysis. You’ll lead or support projects, bring innovative ideas, and act as a point of contact for local Key Users, supporting them with system questions and issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams from planning to implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, and training. Manage project dependencies and stakeholder relationships, with a strong understanding of technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to align business requirements and strategic goals.
  • Act as a global contact for the CPM system, supporting local key users, ensuring system functionality, and optimizing processes and data quality.
  • Design and deliver training and workshops for system users across subsidiaries.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Product Management, IT, or Sales.
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or IT.
  • Strong IT skills; familiarity with ERP or analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle) is advantageous.
  • Experience in FMCG industry or sales controlling is a plus.
  • Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and find solutions.
  • Results-oriented, with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, passionate about learning, with 0-10% travel flexibility.
