We are currently looking for a Senior Omnichannel Manager (m/w/d) in a full-time position temporary position until 31.08.2026.
Responsibilities
Drive digital transformation initiatives by fostering stakeholder alignment and promoting a shared understanding of omnichannel opportunities, while continuously advancing the organization’s omnichannel strategy and capabilities
Co-design, plan, and orchestrate the implementation of omnichannel campaigns (including email automation, websites, (paid) social media, and other channels) to ensure a seamless customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints in a targeted manner
Analyze customer journey data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and translate them into actionable strategies to drive continuous measurable improvement
Collaborate with IT and the data team to enhance and integrate new technology platforms and AI capabilities supporting the omnichannel experience
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing content strategies for selected target customer segments, providing actionable insights and suggestions for improvement based on performance KPIs and user engagement metrics
Support the optimization of content distribution across various platforms and assist in enhancing SEO strategies to increase traffic and improve overall campaign performance
Lead customer-centric innovation initiatives by designing and testing agile, scalable experiments that leverage data insights to drive deeper personalization and enhance the overall customer experience
Manage project-based collaborations with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of omnichannel tactics aligned with strategic objectives
Collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural teams across local, regional, and global levels to drive alignment and deliver integrated omnichannel and customer experience solutions
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree and/or solid experience in digital marketing, particularly in omnichannel marketing – agency experience is a plus
Several years of practical experience and knowledge in at least some of the following fields and tools: SEO/SEA, Newsletter Marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Social Media Marketing (META, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.), Google Analytics (GA4), CMS (WordPress)
Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare system, disease management trends, and their current and future relevance to business development is preferred
Demonstrated strong project management experience related to multi- or omnichannel marketing campaigns, including handling multiple stakeholders
Proven expertise in change management, with the ability to lead stakeholders through digital transformation and foster adoption of new processes and tools
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and out-of-the-box thinking skills
Analytical, critical and strategic mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 61.300,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
