Environmental Automation, a specialist in building controls and automation solutions along the Eastern Seaboard, is seeking a BMS Service Technician to support our team and growing client base. This is a full-time position based in our Melbourne facility in Cheltenham.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and commissioning of BMS/DDC Controls.
• Bring expertise in commissioning, service, fault finding, repair, and maintenance of Building Management Systems, including software configuration, testing, commissioning, calibrations, diagnosis, repair, and basic programming.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by meeting clients' needs and expectations.
• Work autonomously to deliver projects from start to finish within company guidelines.
• Always adhere to safety standards and company WHS procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Management Systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems, especially BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and communication networks.
• Qualifications in Electrical and/or Air Conditioning trade.
• Experience with Tridium and Reliable Controls is highly regarded.
• Current driver's license.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong computer skills, including hardware setup, MS Office, and databases.
• Right to work in Australia.
