As a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with German and English, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Reviewing user-generated content, including sensitive or potentially disturbing material, to ensure compliance with policies.
  2. Taking prompt action on content that violates guidelines or poses risks.
  3. Staying updated on internal policies for accurate implementation.
  4. Identifying and analyzing patterns to proactively address potential risks.

Ideal Candidate:

  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable processing sensitive information
  • Ability to defend decisions with logical reasoning
  • Ability to identify behavioral patterns
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience investigating fraud, spam, or inappropriate content is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German
  • English proficiency B2 or higher
