HR Digitalisierung & System Experte (f/m/d)

Join our team at the Plansee Group, a company with a rich history of over 100 years, producing over 100,000 products and tools from tungsten and molybdenum. We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead and manage global HR digitalization projects, combining project management with detailed application work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate international HR digitalization projects, managing global project teams.
• Own processes for existing HR applications, including change requests and support.
• Analyze and optimize current HR processes and systems.
• Coordinate and implement global HR system solutions with IT collaboration.
• Work with international stakeholders to ensure project goals, budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in HR digitalization, IT project management, or HR process management, preferably in an international environment.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in business informatics, HR management, IT project management, or related fields; project management certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with global HR applications and system implementations (e.g., SAP HCM, ESS/MSS, HR Digital Services, ATOSS).
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Knowledge in areas like time management, personnel administration, payroll, and organizational management is a plus.

Note: In Austria, the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for IT (ST2) is €60,844 gross per year based on 14 payments. The actual offer will consider market rates, qualifications, and experience.
