Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to act as a key financial business partner to the Division Management, reporting directly to the Division CFO. In this critical role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the FP&A team, oversee controlling processes and systems, drive financial analysis, and lead process optimization initiatives. Additionally, you will foster a cost-conscious culture and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A team, overseeing controlling processes (LPP, Rolling Forecast, Budgeting), controlling systems (B&R COPA), and management reporting.
• Analyze and interpret key performance indicators, monitor financial planning (budgeting, forecasting), ensure compliance with budget and forecast guidelines, and promote standardized processes and tools.
• Execute and oversee financial results analysis, coordinate management reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), and drive process improvements and global initiatives to enhance financial controlling.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration, foster cost awareness, and support the professional and personal development of the B&R FP&A team.

Qualifications for the role

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling and financial analysis in an international company including leadership roles.
• Sound knowledge in areas such as performance management, operational excellence, risk management, and internal controls.
• Experience in data analysis and the use of corresponding tools (e.g., Excel, BI software).
• Good knowledge of tax law.
• Analytical skills, structured work approach, and high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in teams.
• Excellent proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
