Responsibilities

Make an impact. We are looking for a dedicated person to take on the role of Technical Support Manager within our Customer Service Excellence function. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate a team focused on troubleshooting, technical support, and field service of installed intralogistics automated equipment. The team consists of highly experienced technical employees located in Eberstalzell (Austria) and Linköping (Sweden). You are a dynamic leader with experience who will lead, coordinate, prioritize, and distribute incoming work requests to the right resource for the job.

  1. Focus on the development of your team and the support organization dedicated to our installed base across the world.
  2. Support in shaping the strategic direction of Customer Service Excellence regarding support, maintenance, and field services through various initiatives and projects.
  3. Plan and coordinate all field assignments and distribute support tickets for prompt resolution.
  4. Ensure compliance with all labor law and occupational safety regulations.
  5. Be responsible for tools and toolkits, as well as coordinating the organization of Customer training courses.
