Job Description

Josko Fenster & Türen GmbH is seeking a Technischer Projektleiter (m/w/d) to lead customer projects from initiation to completion. The role involves developing tailored solutions, managing project phases, ensuring quality and cost control, and coordinating installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Developing customized solutions based on customer needs in coordination with sales.
• Leading and managing all project phases from planning to final acceptance and billing.
• Creating technically correct orders for production.
• Serving as a competent contact for all project stakeholders.
• Ensuring project control regarding costs, deadlines, and quality.
• Monitoring and implementing construction contracts.
• Planning, controlling, and organizing installations.

Qualifications

• Completed craft training, preferably as a carpenter or joiner.
• Experience in managing construction projects.
• Independent, structured work approach and hands-on mentality.
• Basic knowledge of construction technology and business management.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and decisive action.
• Confident appearance with strong communication skills.
• Assertiveness.

The position offers a gross annual salary starting from EUR 46,200, based on collective agreement and adjusted according to experience and qualifications.
