Your Role
- Responsible for certification, testing and onboarding new integrations to our platform
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide professional support in managing relationships with our technical partners (Property Management Systems and Channel Managers), ensuring a smooth rollout of new integrations
- Troubleshoot and answer technical questions from our partners during the pilot phase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, Sales, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of new integrations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles enabling team members and clients to resolve first-level support queries independently.
- Act as the connection between the RoomPriceGenie tech team and end customers, coordinating the resolution of technical integration challenges and API-related issues.
- Use training materials to keep up-to-date with the latest system updates and communicate them to our partners.
- Foster effective communication and information sharing across teams.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of APIs (e.g., REST API) and ability to read and interpret log files (JSON, XML) to communicate effectively with partners.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Postman or similar technical platforms (not essential but advantageous).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (such as Hubspot)
Soft Skills
- Ability to clearly communicate & synthesize information (needs, feedback, concerns, opportunities, etc.) internally to multiple departments (Sales, Support, Product, Partnerships).
- Project Management and Collaboration: Highly organized, proactive, self-starter, and team player with a love of continually improving the processes
- Team player with a high ownership mentality, taking pride in your work and driving projects to completion
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying processes at once.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluent in English with the ability to engage in technical discussions confidently
Nice to Have:
- Educational background in Hotel Management, IT, or Business.
- Experience writing technical documentation to document issue types and solutions.
