Our Air Traffic Management Tower Team develops advanced software for air traffic control, focusing on video surveillance within towers. We prioritize individuality, integration, reliability, and user-friendliness. Our Remote Tower technology enables full remote monitoring of airport control towers, ensuring high reliability through state-of-the-art network technology and continuous monitoring.

Are you an IT Engineer (all genders) passionate about technology and aviation? Support international clients in air traffic control!

What You Can Expect

• Work on IT systems deployed directly in airport towers, gaining exclusive insights into air traffic control workflows.
• Travel worldwide: Install, integrate, and commission systems at customer sites across all continents.
• Optimize and maintain safety-critical IT and automation solutions ensuring smooth air traffic operations.
• Collaborate with international teams to meet industry standards.
• Potential to take on technical leadership roles, guiding teams of up to 5 IT experts and driving innovation.

Key Tasks

• Ensure flawless system integration, configuration, and acceptance at customer sites.
• Set up and operate IT & networks in safety-critical environments reliably, securely, and efficiently.
• Optimize system architecture for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external partners in documentation, testing, and software development.
• Conduct acceptance testing and quality assurance.
• Option to assume a technical leadership role, leading engineering teams and shaping resource planning, development, and recruitment.

Key Qualifications

• Experienced IT professional—System Engineer or Administrator—with a strong technical background and passion for IT.
• Proficient in Linux and network protocols like UDP, TCP, and Multicast.
• Familiar with modern IT infrastructure, COTS hardware, datacenter, and cloud technologies.
• Willing to travel internationally; excellent English skills required.
• Interest in aviation, airports, airplanes, or air traffic management is a plus.
