Role Overview
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be a key player within the team, reporting directly to the General Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the design and development of advanced HVAC systems.
2. Conducting detailed heat load calculations to optimize system performance.
3. Managing supplier relationships and ensuring subcontractors meet project specifications.
4. Providing technical support to site teams throughout the construction phase.
5. Contributing to both Design & Construct and construct-only projects, gaining broad exposure across diverse project types.

What We’re Looking For
Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in HVAC design and heat load calculations within the mechanical contracting sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methodologies.
• Experience designing HVAC systems for major commercial, retail, healthcare, or data center projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A proactive problem-solving approach with keen attention to detail.
• Focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Current valid working visa for Australia.
